The relationship between tribal and non-tribal governments in the United States and the institutions that support them continue to evolve with new federal court rulings, executive orders, and statutes arriving year after year. This roundtable discussion covers the most significant current trends relating to intergovernmental administration and management in this often overlooked subfield. The speakers will highlight specific trends and provide some forecasting of the trends they see in tribal and non-tribal relationships.
